T he March of Dimes – Springfield, held their annual Signature Chefs Auction – 2014 at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel by DoubleTree on October 9 in downtown Springfield. Guests were treated to fabulous cuisine prepared by Springfield’s leading chefs from Bella Milano, 5- Flavors, 16 Plates, Café Coco, Panther Creek Country Club, Pasfield House, Osaka and the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel by DoubleTree. The event, sponsored by Green Toyota/Audi, CEFCU, Levi, Ray & Shoup, Orthopedic Center of Illinois, Memorial Health System and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, featured live and silent auctions, to benefit the mission of March of Dimes for stronger, healthier babies.
