Alumni and friends across the Southern Illinois University System are invited to attend a reception, starting at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 19, at Panther Creek Country Club in Springfield. Hosted by the SIU Board of Trustees, SIU System President Dan Mahony, along with the alumni offices of SIU Carbondale, SIU Edwardsville, and the SIU School of Medicine, this event is an opportunity for alumni and supporters from across the university system to network and learn more about the progress being made on each campus. Enjoy appetizers and drinks in Springfield’s premier Championship Private Country Club, hear from the leaders of each campus, the chairman of the SIU Board of Trustees, and find out how you can get involved in programs and activities offered by your campus’ alumni association. The dress for this event is business casual. Ample complimentary parking is available on site.
