The Sangamon Valley Youth Symphony presents their spring concert “Musical Tales.” Come hear Springfield’s talented young musicians as they perform music by Mozart, Saint-Saens, Faure and Sibelius, depicting music and stories inspired by the 18th-century Ottoman Empire, ancient Israel, French high-courts and the countryside of Finland. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and 12 and under receive free admission.
