The Animal Protective League (APL) will hold several pet adoptions during November with cats and dogs available at various locations. All animals presented by APL for have been spayed or neutered, microchipped and have received all vaccinations by the time of their adoption.
Adoptions will be held:

Saturday, November 3–Cats and dogs will be available in APL’s Mobile Pet Adoption Center from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at PetSmart, 1460 Koester Rd., Forsyth; cats will be available from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. and dogs will be available from noon to 3 p.m. at PetSmart, 3183 South Veterans Parkway, Springfield.

Sunday, November 4– Cats will be available from noon until 4 p.m. and dogs will be available from noon to 3 p.m. at PetSmart.

Saturday, November 10 – Cats and dogs will be available in APL’s Mobile Pet Adoption Center from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at PetSmart in Springfield as part of PetSmart Charities National Adoption Weekend. Cats will also be available inside PetsMart from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. and dogs will be available from noon to 3 p.m.

Sunday November 11 – Cats will be available from noon until 4 p.m. and dogs will be available from noon to 3 p.m. at PetSmart in Springfield as part of PetSmart Charities National Adoption Weekend.

Friday, November 23– Cats and dogs will be available in APL’s Mobile Pet Adoption Center from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Petco, 2721 S. Veterans Parkway, Springfield.

Saturday, November 24– Cats and dogs will be available in APL’s Mobile Pet Adoption Center from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at PetSmart in Forsyth; cats will be available from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. and dogs will be available from noon to 3 p.m. at PetSmart in Springfield.

Sunday, November 25– – Cats will be available from noon until 4 p.m. and dogs will be available from noon until 3 p.m. at PetSmart in Springfield.
Dogs and cats are available for adoption daily from noon until 5 p.m. at the shelter located at 1001 Taintor Rd., Springfield. Please note the shelter will be closed Thursday, November 22 in recognition of the Thanksgiving Day holiday.
APL, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting ill, injured and abandoned homeless animals, runs an animal shelter which is open every day from noon to 5 p.m. for adoptions. APL also coordinates cruelty investigations and humane education programs. APL also operates a low cost spay/neuter clinic adjacent to its Springfield shelter.
