The Land of Lincoln Economic Development Corporation (LLEDC) is seeking to engage the community in a meaningful way to create an economic development plan for strategic action. The Community can engage in an on-line survey or by providing input at one of three open houses listed below:
- Thursday, September 27, 5 – 6:30 pm at the University of Illinois Springfield Student Union Room 225A/226B
- Tuesday, October 2, 11:30 – 1 pm at the Lincoln Library Carnegie Room North
- Thursday, October 11, 4:30 – 6 pm at the Lincoln Library Carnegie Room North
The open house format allows people to arrive and leave at any time. Stations and material will be provided to allow people to provide their input into the process.

The LLEDC is a new public/private partnership focused on economic development in Springfield and Sangamon County Illinois.
