The American Business Club of Springfield celebrated the 100th Anniversary of its Charter with a series of events held over its “Legacy Weekend.” The highlight of the four days of festivities was ABC’s Gala Gala, billed as an event “so nice they named it twice.” The black-tie affair was held at the Illinois Building at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. ABC has managed Concessions for the Grandstand of the Fair since 1954 and Admissions for the Fair since 2004.
