Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Illinois will host their annual Great Futures Gala which will take place on
Thursday, October 17
th at Erin’s Pavilion in Southwind Park. This event is an annual fundraiser to enhance and support after school
programs at 9 Club locations in Springfield, serving 1,000 kids daily.
The Great Futures Gala will include complimentary heavy hors d’oeuvres, beer & wine (provided by Cooper’s Hawk Winery). There
will also be a cash bar, silent and live auctions, live music and awards presentations for the Club’s Youth of the Year and Volunteer
of the Year. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased before or at the event. Boys & Girls Clubs is also seeking sponsors and silent
auction donors. All gala proceeds benefit the Club’s after school programs.
